No, it's not available yet!

It won't be for a few more months; Tribal Cafe is the goal right now.

But, on our road trip up to Oregon, Jeremiah played me a preliminary mix. It's still not quite finished, and vocals need to be added to a few songs, but it is mostly done.

It was the first time I had heard it all put together, after hearing bits and pieces in isolation.

Wow.

Trust me, my friends, you are going to be blown away! This is the best Solace album in years, IMO.

It's definitely much more acoustic than recent Solace offerings, with Ruben playing a good portion of the percussion (and amazing work, I might add!), and me adding strings ('ud, saz, Persian santur, Egyptian and Syrian rababas, Indian sitar) throughout. And the trademark Solace keyboard sounds are all there as well, blending with Ruben and me into a unique new synthesis that is another chapter in the evolution of Jeremiah's music.

Jeremiah says it's a bit of a return to the sound of Sha'waza, but in a new way.

The artwork is very different this time, too. No lavish pictures of dancers, but something very different, even unsettling.

So, get ready: this is going to become one of your favorite Solace CDs!

(I'm such a merciless tease!)
